Parent Pillar Representatives
Our school’s Governance Model includes FOUR pillars: Administrator, Board, Faculty, and Parents. As a parent in the school, you are already a part of the Parent Pillar. Every time you volunteer, donate something, or even bring your child to school, you are fulfilling your role as a part of the Parent Pillar. The goal of the Parent Pillar Representative is to provide some structure for even more opportunities to support and create our school community, for those that would like to be more involved.
The Parent Pillar Representative’s role is a liaison between the class parents and the other three pillars in our Governance Structure. The goal of the Parent Pillar Representative is to create community within each class, add structure to the Parent Pillar, and offer support mainly to:
Class needs: class plays and costumes, field trips, auction projects etc.
Director of Fundraising/Office: volunteers for events, hospitality, etc
Parent Pillar: create social gatherings and create community amongst the class parents.
