Administrative Staff
The seven members of the administrative staff work as a team to ensure all the work of the office gets done! Each person has areas of primary responsibility but also support the others as needed.
The Administrator, as defined by the school’s Four Pillars governance model, holds the whole and supports the work of the office staff, Board, faculty, and parents to ensure that goals are met and effective collaboration takes place.
The Office Manager coordinates the day-to-day running of the school, including fielding parent and teacher requests, answering phone calls, helping with ice packs, organizing the faculty lunch program, etc!
The Assistant Administrator helps incoming families with the enrollment process and oversees larger administrative projects and programs such as Middle School Fridays and the Wellness Program.
The Business Manager tracks tuition payments and expenditures as well as all paperwork related to insurance, school security, immunizations, etc.
The Events and Fundraising Coordinator promotes the social life of the school, organizing events that build community and raise money and coordinating parent help for festivals. This role also works diligently on our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, newsletter, and our website.
